Terms & Conditions
Last updated · 27 June 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and our venue at Hudson House, Homeapple Hill, Wick, BS30 5QF. By booking with us or using the site, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy.
Bookings & payment
A booking is reserved once payment is received and confirmed by email. Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable; we may change prices from time to time, but a change never affects a booking you have already confirmed. Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We may hold a slot briefly while you complete checkout; if payment isn’t completed, the slot is released.
Cancellations & refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your start time, refunded to your original payment method. Within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable. If we ever have to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or a free rebooking, whichever you prefer.
House rules & conduct
Up to four guests per bay. Trainers or soft spikes only — no metal spikes. Please swing responsibly and follow staff instructions at all times. Under-18s must be supervised by an adult. We may refuse entry, or end a session without a refund, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or affected by alcohol or drugs.
Site use
Please use the site fairly: don’t attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, design and software on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial use only; please don’t copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
Our liability
You use the bays and equipment at your own risk and are responsible for any loss or damage you cause through misuse. We are not liable for losses that are indirect or that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and our venue, and the date above shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
